How to configure a complete stone crusher production line?
Generally, stone crushing needs to go through stone feeding, crushing, screening, transportation and other links. Different links require one or more equipment, as follows:
Feeding
Raw materials are blasted out and stored in silos. In the feeding stage, the stone is evenly and continuously sent to the crushing equipment through the vibrating feeder. BTMA vibrating feeder is recommended here.
Crushing

This stage is mainly to realize the crushing and processing of the stone, and through the action of the crusher, the stone is broken into stones of various specifications that meet the material requirements. Screening
The main purpose of screening is to divide the stone into the required finished product specifications and grades. Vibrating screens are the equipment used at this stage.
Conveying
The conveying link runs through the whole process of production, and the belt conveyor is responsible for conveying materials and finished products in each process.
