Introduction of Granite
Granite has uniform structure, hard texture and beautiful color. Is a high-quality durable aggregate, considered the king of stone. In the construction industry, granite is everywhere, from roofs to floors.
After crushing, it can be used to produce cement and filling materials. Granite is not easily weathered, and its appearance and color can be maintained for more than a century. In addition to being used as a decorative building material and floor for the hall, it is the first choice for outdoor sculptures.
Because granite is rare, it can increase the value of buildings whose floors are made of granite. In addition, natural countertops can withstand heat, so they are often preferred among various building materials.
Basic process of granite crushing production plant
The granite crushing production line is divided into three stages: coarse crushing, medium and fine crushing, and screening.
The first stage: primary crushing
The granite blasted from the mountain is evenly fed by the vibrating feeder through the silo, and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing.
The second stage: medium and fine crushing
After being screened by the vibrating screen, the coarsely crushed materials are transported by the belt conveyor to the cone crusher for medium and fine crushing.
The three stage: Screening
The medium crushed and finely crushed stones are transported to the vibrating screen through the belt conveyor to separate stones of different specifications. The stones that meet the customer’s particle size requirements are transported to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor. Stones that meet the customer’s particle size requirements will be transported to the cone crusher for crushing again, forming a closed-loop cycle.
