Therefore, it is recommended that the user must strictly control the materials during the production and operation process. Do not let the non-crushed materials such as materials with excessive particle size, excellent hardness, materials with high water content or iron blocks enter the crushing cavity, and must also keep the feeding uniform. .


2、Adjust the size of the discharge port in time


Adjust the size of the discharge opening in time. In production, the size of the discharge port should be adjusted in time according to the nature of the material. Properly increasing the discharge port of the machine can not only improve the production capacity, but also prevent the machine from clogging. The adjustable range is generally between 10mm-300mm.


3、Appropriate eccentric shaft speed


Under the given working conditions, the production capacity of the jaw crusher increases with the increase of the eccentric shaft speed. When the speed reaches a certain value, the production capacity of the crusher is larger. After that, when the rotating speed increases again, the production capacity drops sharply, and the content of over-crushed products also increases. The specific power consumption does not change much with the increase of the rotating speed before reaching the rated production rate, but after reaching the rated production capacity, the power consumption increases sharply with the increase of the rotating speed. 4、Choose accessories for crushing equipment with good wear resistance
