1. Regularly inspect the machine:

When any stone crushing equipment is switched on and off, you should pay attention to shutting down the machine regularly to check the internal wear and tear of the machine. In the process of inspecting the jaw crusher, it is necessary to wait for the machine to completely stop running before the inspection can be carried out, so as to avoid a series of dangerous occurrences. When overhauling the machine, check the wearing parts. The wearing parts must be replaced in time when they reach a high degree of wear resistance.

2. Regularly check the accessories:

The broken jaw conveyor belt is indispensable in the stone production line, and the driving of the machine is the contribution of the conveyor belt. Regularly adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt to ensure uniform force on the conveyor belt. Red Star Heavy Industry believes that the bearing wear is relatively large in use, and frequent oiling can increase the service life of the bearing, adding 50-70% of the total amount in the bearing. Under normal conditions, the bearing temperature rise should not exceed 35°C, and the high temperature rise should not exceed 70°C. In the maintenance of the movable jaw bearing, generally only cleaning and oil replacement are arranged, and the bearing does not need to be replaced. The usual method is to pull the bearing and eccentric shaft out of the bearing cavity for processing.

3. Do a good job of lubricating parts:

Always pay attention to timely lubrication of the friction surface, which can ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong the service life. The grease used should be determined according to the location of use, temperature and other conditions. The grease added to the bearing seat is 50-70% of its volume and must be replaced every three months; when changing the new oil, clean gasoline or kerosene must be used to clean the bearing and the dirt in the bearing seat. Grease must be added to the contact between the toggle plate and the toggle plate pad before the machine starts.
