Vibrating feeder is a commonly used feeding equipment. During the production process, the bulk and granular materials can be uniformly, quantitatively and continuously sent from the storage bin to the receiving device. 1、The vibrating magnetic feeder produces a lot of noise and impact sound when it is working


Reasons: The anchor bolts or the connecting bolts between the exciter and the fuel tank are loose or broken; the vibration spring of the vibrating feeder is broken; the voltage of the stone vibration motor is unstable.


Treatment method: Check the bolts everywhere, tighten and replace the bolts in time; adjust the motor control to maintain the rated working voltage, and avoid the collision of machine parts and voltage instability during the vibration process.


2、It is normal during the empty test run, but the amplitude drops greatly after loading


Reason: The feed port of the vibrating feeder is not designed properly, and the equipment tank is under too much pressure.


Solution: Redesign or improve the opening of the silo, reduce the feeding pressure of the equipment, and ensure that the equipment works in a stable production environment.


3、The stone vibrating feeder does not feed or does not feed enough


Reason: The vibration of the groove does not reach the specified amplitude range.


Solution: Check whether the feeder trough has been subjected to the load pressure of the silo for a long time, and adjust it in time; check the tightness of the spring plate compression bolt; check whether the gap between the iron core and the armature is kept within the range of 2.0±0.1 mm. If the gap If it is too small, it will affect the feeding capacity of the feeder.


4、The feeding equipment has small vibration amplitude and small lateral swing


Reason: The two vibration motors run in the same direction; one of the feeders is broken.


Solution: Check the vibration motor wiring to ensure that the two vibration motors run in opposite directions; replace damaged parts and motors in time.


5、The vibrator can not vibrate after the power is turned on


Cause: The fuse is blown; the coil is short-circuited or the lead connector is disconnected.


Treatment method: replace the fuse; check the resistance with a vibrator or an ohmmeter, and deal with an open circuit or connect the lead.

6、The vibrating feeder works intermittently or the current fluctuates up and down


Reason: The coil is damaged or poorly connected; the control box is poorly connected.


Treatment method: check whether there is a short circuit between coil layers and turns or whether the lead-out joints are connected properly, repair or replace the coil in time; check whether the wiring of the control box is loose, and re-strengthen the solder joints of the control box.

The vibrator should also pay attention to daily maintenance and maintenance during use, regularly add grease to the bearing, and check whether the amplitude of the feeder and the surface temperature of the motor are in a normal state. Reasonable maintenance can effectively reduce the wear of vibrating feeder parts and prolong the service life.
