It’s easy: Just read the manual and fill the oil according to the regulations.
2. There is no way to add oil because the oil hole is closed.
The solution is simple: Turn off the oil tank and clear the blockage.
3. The flywheel counterweight’s position is off-track and the frame jumps.
To stabilize the frame, adjust the flywheel counterweight position.
4. There is an axil movement in the tightening bushing.
The solution is simple: Remove the bearing cover from the frame, tighten your fixed bushing, and then remove or replace the flywheel.
5. Bearing wear and cage damage
The solution is simple: Repair or replace bearings and/or cages.
6. Non-bearing reasons
Friction, heat generation and heat generation between movable jaw seal sleeves and the end cover, or the double embedded covers of the frame bearing seats rotates with main shaft, friction, heat generation and temperature rise.
Simple solution: Replace the end cover and sealing sleeves, or loosen up the upper bearing cover at the heating end of your bearing housing. Then press the embedded cover into the bearing seat groove, along with the fuse, and then fix it to the bearing cover.
