1. The bearing is seriously worn or the cage is damaged.

Once a bearing is worn, over time, the inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements, cage, etc. of the bearing will change in size, and the bearing fitting clearance will increase, thus causing the bearing’s operating accuracy to increase, causing the temperature of the bearing to increase, vibration to increase, and noise to increase. In severe cases, It will cause heat generation, increased vibration, burned bearings and even bending of the shaft.

2. The bearing quality is poor and the original clearance is too small.

If the clearance of the bearing does not reach the specified value, it will cause the clearance to be too small after installation, which will cause the bearing to generate heat during operation and the temperature will gradually increase.

3. The axial positioning of the bearing is incorrect.

Once there is a problem with the axial positioning of the bearing, the labyrinth ring or the bearing gland is not installed in place, and the eccentric shaft moves to one side during operation, which reduces the clearance of the bearing and causes the bearing to heat up.

4. The machining error of the movable jaw bearing hole is large

The machining error of the bearing hole is large, and the coaxiality is outside the allowable value. This results in a large coaxiality error of the bearing outer ring after the two-plate movable jaw bearing is installed, which will cause the clearance to become smaller and the bearing to heat up.

5. There is a problem with spindle processing

The journal coaxiality error of the bearings installed on both sides of the main shaft is too large, exceeding the design allowable value. In this way, the coaxiality error of the inner ring after the bearings at both ends are installed is too large, resulting in smaller clearance and heating of the bearings.

6. The tightening bushing moves axially

At this time, the bearing cover on the frame should be disassembled, the tightening bushing should be locked, the flywheel or sheave should be removed, and the tightening bushing should be tightened.

7. The oil hole is clogged, the bearing is cut off, and the amount of oil is too little or too much.

These will cause the bearing temperature to rise and cause abnormalities. When the equipment is running, read the instructions carefully and refuel on time and in a specified amount according to the instructions.

8. The processing accuracy of components does not meet the requirements.

The machining accuracy of equipment parts does not meet the requirements, especially the machining accuracy of the bearing seat, which is also an important factor. The processing of the bearing seat hole requires hole tolerance, roughness and cylindricity requirements. If the hole tolerance is too small, the bearing clearance will be too small when fitting, and if it is too large, the fitting will be loose. Both cases will cause the bearing to heat up.

9. Improper selection of lubricating oil

The bearing lubricant should be selected based on the bearing operating temperature, speed index, load characteristics, lubrication method and other factors. If the lubricant is improperly selected, the viscosity is too low or too high, and it is difficult to form an oil film, which will prevent the heat generated during the bearing operation from being taken away, causing The bearings are hot.

10. Non-bearing heating

The friction between the movable jaw seal sleeve and the end cover generates heat, or the double embedded cover of the frame bearing seat rotates together with the main shaft, causing friction and heat. These will be considered as abnormal bearing temperature rise. At this time, the end cover and sealing sleeve of the jaw crusher should be replaced, or the upper bearing cover on the heating end of the bearing seat of the frame should be replaced, and the fuse and the embedded cover should be pressed into the bearing seat groove of the frame, and then the bearing cover should be fixed and embedded.
